Anhui Yalong Assembly Line Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 2010 in Hefei, Anhui, with a manufacturing base in Zhejiang. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of non-standard vehicle assembly lines. Our business covers two main sectors: Commercial & Construction Vehicles and Electric Two-Wheelers/Three-Wheelers. We provide full-process production lines (Stamping, Welding, Painting, Assembly) and workshop conveyor systems. All equipment is custom-designed and manufactured to fit the specific factory layout and capacity requirements of our clients.
Scope of Supply
1. Commercial & Construction Vehicle Assembly Lines
- Truck & Bus Assembly Lines: For heavy-duty trucks, light trucks, tractors, and bus assembly and testing.
- Construction Machinery Lines: For forklifts, excavators, loaders, and road rollers sub-assembly and final assembly.
- Special Purpose Vehicle Lines: For sanitation trucks, tankers, and aerial work platform modification.
- Agricultural Machinery Lines: For tractors and harvesters assembly and testing.
2. Electric 2W/3W & LSEV Assembly Lines
- E-Motorcycle & E-Bike Lines: Frame welding, motor mounting, battery installation, and end-of-line inspection.
- E-Tricycle & Enclosed Tricycle Lines: For cargo trikes, passenger tricycles, and enclosed “Pengche” assembly.
- LSEV / Micro Car Lines: Body marriage, interior trimming, window sealing, and water spray testing.
- Specialty Vehicle Lines: For Golf Carts, Police Patrol Cars, Sightseeing Buses, and ATVs.
3. Parts & Powertrain Assembly Lines
- Powertrain Lines: Assembly lines for diesel/CNG engines, gearboxes, axles, and new energy drive systems.
- Structural Parts Lines: Frame (beam/cross member) welding lines, cargo box welding lines, and cab welding lines.
- Battery Pack Assembly Lines: Cell sorting, module stacking, PACK housing assembly, and testing.
4. Conveyor & Auxiliary Equipment
- Floor Conveyors: Slat conveyors, roller conveyors, Skid conveyor systems, AGV/RGV.
- Overhead Conveyors: Power & Free conveyors, friction conveyors, and programmable cranes.
- Special Machinery: Assistive manipulators, turnover machines, lifting platforms, servo press-fit machines, and torque tightening equipment.
